Waste, sludge treatment and disposal services will be exempt from VAT

Ministry of Finance, State Administration of Taxation issued a 21 "adjust and improve utilization of resources on products and services of value-added tax policy notice"
The notice said, the State Council approved the decision on forestry residues resource utilization VAT policy adjustments to improve and increase the part of the comprehensive utilization of resources and labor policies applicable VAT.
"Notice" that waste disposal, sludge treatment and disposal services are exempt from VAT.
"Notice" also pointed out that, in order to produce a treated sewage sludge as raw materials to produce dry sludge, fuel will get 100% tax rebate. However, the proportion of production of raw materials to produce the requirements of sewage treatment sludge is not less than 90%.
